Everything is fresh. Breads are baked in-house. Stocks, made from scratch, are long – simmered and tended by the expert hand. Of course, dinner is not finished without reveling in one of our home made Italian sweets or a glass of vintage port, Cognac or Grappa, sipped slowly.
